| Inhalt | After the end of World War I, international organizations shaped the new international order on a structural, sustainable basis for the first time. After both the First and Second World Wars, the question arose to what extent the multilateral concepts that emerged were able to overcome the interests of the war coalitions, and whether multilateral concepts were open to future processes of change and the multiplication of political actors. Particular attention will therefore be paid to the question of decolonization and human rights. The seminar addresses students of the Masters European Global Studies as well as doctoral students who are interested in discussing interdisciplinary and mixed methods approaches. The course aims to transcend disciplinary boundaries, but also to bring an international community of students into contact with each other, as envisaged in the Katekisama Program, in which the Institute for European Global Studies is participating. |
