| Content | Workshop on reproducible research projects on the web with R Teacher: Lisa Reiber (https://www.mpib-berlin.mpg.de/person/101941) The workshop will consist of several components, including 1. R-Projects (how to set them up, how to work with them, what are the benefits) 2. R-Markdown (Introduction to code chunks and markdown language, overview of the different output formats: html, word, pdf) 3. Git/Github (How to set up a git repository, how to connect it to an R-Project (see 1.), how to upload code and how to download the newest version with add, commit, push, pull) 4.
