Content | Grundlagen der Stereoselektivität, Konformationsanalyse, diastereoselektive Synthese, chirale Auxiliare und Reagenzien, katalytische Cycloadditionen und Umlagerungen, der nichtlineare Effekt, Autokatalyse und absolute asymmetrische Synthese, Übergangsmetallkatalyse, NHC-Katalyse, sekundäre Amin-Katalyse, meso-Desymmetrisierung und Racematspaltung, enantioselektive Metathese, atropselektive Katalyse. |
Learning objectives | Grundprinzipien der stereoselektiven Synthese. Selektivitätsbestimmende intra- und intermolekulare Wechselwirkungen in Übergangszuständen. Kritische Betrachtung gängiger Selektivitätsmodellen. Anwendungen der stereoselektiven Synthese. |
