Examples of data suitable for qualitative analysis include interview transcripts, focus group recordings, print media, archival documents, government reports, corporate annual non-financial reports, blogs, meeting notes, diaries, photo collections, and social media posts. The first part of the course addresses the selection and preparation of non-numeric data for systematic qualitative analysis. The second part covers different groups of data analysis techniques.
