Content | To train and acquire writing skills when dealing with scientific content around immune responses and infectious diseases. |
Learning objectives | To understand immune system in relation to infection, with a special focus on the human immune system; to get an overview of key immunological techniques used in immunology of infection; to develop skills to review research papers and book chapters and to present the essence to others. |
Bibliography | We will use the following textbook for teaching: The Immune System, Peter Parham, 5th Edition, WWNORTON.COM Selected publications will be discussed together with the students to complement the text book. |
