Content The Kolloquium: Sprachwissenschaft is a peer-colloquium for current doctoral students and postdocs. On request, also MA students who are interested in doing a PhD in linguistics can join.
It is designed as an opportunity to practice a talk and share ideas in a friendly, constructive and protected atmosphere in the midst of peers
We meet upon demand during the semester in groups of two presenters.

What can be presented:
a presentation of your project or a first project idea,
a conference talk or your defense you want to practice,
a data sesiĆ³n,
a combination of both,
a paper draft,
a poster draft,
a short presentation to try a new tool or a new method
a paper or book discussion
a course/teaching concept
other relevant activites

The colloquium usually takes place in blocks of two presenters.

 

Admission requirements The Kolloquium: Sprachwissenschaft is a peer-colloquium for current doctoral students and postdocs. On request, also MA students who are interested in doing a PhD in linguistics can join.
Course application Dates are decided via doodle at the beginning of the semester.
