57245-01 - Colloquium: Sustainability Science Research (social dimension) 1 CP

Content Based on the presentation of ongoing research projects (master's theses), students analyze and discuss thematic and methodological questions related to current disciplinary and interdisciplinary research on sustainability. The detailed program is set in the first session.
Learning objectives Participants have in-depth knowledge about thematic and methodological aspects of social science research on sustainability.
Comments Mandatory for all MSD-students who have chosen the focus area in social sciences (credits are earned once for the module "Preparation Master's Thesis in Social Sciences" = no repeated course registration possible). Enrollment and presentation according to agreement with Prof. Dr. Burger.

Dates/time: 14.03.24; 04. and 25.04.24; 16.05.24: 16:15-18:00h.

This colloquium is offered by the MSD. Prof. Dr. em. P. Burger is the former head of the Sustainability Research Group, Dep. Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

 

Admission requirements Only for students of the MSD with focus area in social science and of the master in Changing Societies.
Course application Course enrollment on MOnA should be completed by the beginning of the teaching period (withdrawal possible until Monday of teaching week five).
