70800-01 - Practical course: Academic Writing (in English) 2 CP

Content The block seminar is an exercise in academic writing in English for MA and PhD students. The focus will be on structure, prose, narrative, and textual strategies. Students and doctoral students who are preparing manuscripts for publications (essays, anthologies, etc.) or MA theses and dissertations in English will be given the opportunity to discuss, comment on and revise texts together.

The number of participants will be limited to 10. A maximum 1-page motivation letter that specifies the text or manuscript students wish to work on during the block seminar must be submitted to PD Dr Lorena Rizzo via email by 31 January 2024.

Date of Block Seminar will be communicated to participants once registration is confirmed.
