| Inhalt | Spectroscopic techniques are of fundamental importance for the analysis of the molecular structure and the function of biological processes. The lecture series introduces different spectroscopic techniques such as circular dichroism, fluorescence, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and nuclear resonance spectroscopy. Individual lectures will give an introduction to the theory of the various techniques and show recent applications to diverse biological systems. |
