The journal articles listed in the syllabus are available for download. The legal materials and case law are to be researched by the students themselves. To this end, it is recommended to conduct research on the websites of the federal authorities of the Swiss Confederation (www.admin.ch) and the Federal Tribunal (www.bger.ch) or Weblaw (www.weblaw.ch). You can use your webmail account to access these websites.

Participants should be able to represent parties in an arbitral procedure. The lecture is also an ideal basis for the participation at the Willem C.
