| Inhalt | Transdisciplinarity has been extensively studied theoretically and empirically over the past two decades. A vast amount of academic literature has become available. Researchers and students turn to this body of literature when they set out to apply transdisciplinary research approaches. The literature, however, is diverse and contested and does not provide uniform rules or principles. Skills are needed to navigate these academic resources and to select tools that are suitable to specific research contexts. The objective of this course is to introduce students to the terminology, approaches, concepts, theory, methods and resources for transdisciplinary research. Students will practice their application to specific problems in two case studies and short presentations. |
