| Inhalt | Since the digital is everywhere and nowhere, we are irritated about the impact of the digital on society, culture and the sciences. In this seminar we approach the different ways to make sense of the digitization by analysing the areas of interest, methods and infrastructure, necessary to understand ‘the digital’. In this sense the seminar is a seminar of methodology. We discuss theories and concepts, methods and infrastructures who help to understand the digital transformation we are experiencing. |
| Lernziele | Students learn to reflect on and use different research theories and concepts, how to understand the digital and how the digital helps to understand the digital transformation of society, culture, and the sciences. |
