| Inhalt | The seminar is held by: Chrysavgi Sklaveniti. Organizations are continuously experiencing change as they navigate technological breakthroughs, fluctuating markets and developing societal and global conditions. This seminar series explores transformation and change from a multi-level perspective and aims at propelling theory into informed possibilities for professional practice. As (future) business professionals, how do we navigate change within complex settings? The goal of the seminar series is to introduce students to the world of organizational transformations and aims at participants becoming competent in proactively reading an organizational setting and developing creative scenarios that enrich organizational life. Participants will gain “hand-on” experiences in the design and facilitation of organizational transformation processes from global companies based in Basel, acting as mentors and sources of practical experience. The seminar is created in a Knowledge Exchange format, where participants will first engage with concrete transformation projects presented by invited practitioners and will then examine theme through the lens of individual, team and organizational perspectives with the aim to channeling theoretical understandings into transformation potential. |

| Anmeldung zur Lehrveranstaltung | Die interne Anmeldefrist der Fakultät für Psychologie ist der 13. August 2023. Die Anmeldung erfolgt durch das Belegen via services.unibas.ch (Start: 1.8.23). Vom 14. August bis 27. August 2023 nehmen die Dozierenden die Einteilung in die Seminare vor und informieren die Studierenden entsprechend.
