| Inhalt | Organizational Behavior explores how aspects of employees interact with aspects of their workplace to impact both employee well-being and organizationally-relevant outcomes. Students learn theoretical and conceptual foundations for understanding people, groups, and organizations. Topics include performance, personality, job attitudes and emotions, decision making, work motivation, organizational justice, leadership, groups and teams, and organizational stress. Students learn through a combination of lectures, readings, interactive discussions, individual course projects, and class activities like experiential exercises. |
| Lernziele | Upon successful completion of this course students will have a general knowledge of the major areas of Organizational Behavior. They will be able to form research questions regarding its study and develop studies with which to test them. |
| Literatur | Robbins & Judge (2016). Organizational Behavior (Global Edition) 17th Edition. Pearson. Additional readings will be assigned in the course of the class. |
