| Inhalt | Content: Contrac theory deals with the design of economic insitutions that are aimed at solving incentive and information problems. The lecture covers moral hazard and adverse selection in some depth and discusses important extensions. |
| Lernziele | Aim: Students understand the basic structure of moral hazard and adverse selection models, know important extensions, and are prepared for the independent study of the vast literature applying the tools and results from contract theory. |
