| Lernziele | To understand the basic statistical principles of clinical trial design. The proper use of statistical methods is essential throughout the process of a clinical trial – from planning to the dissemination of results. Given a potential research idea, students should be able to choose the optimal trial design, calculate the appropriate sample size and write a short statistical analysis plan after completing this course. Students should also understand analytical issues associated with complex trial designs. |
