| Inhalt | We will cover the area of consumer behavior, especially how the mind of a consumer works and how theories of decision making can predict consumers’ decisions. In each class, we will also learn how to apply these theories in the real world, as understanding consumers is key to marketing strategy. |
| Lernziele | The goals of this course are for students to be able to: (a) explore consumer behavior concepts, (b) develop the ability to apply the theories discussed in class to common marketing problems, and (c) develop skills that are important in managerial positions. |

In case COVID-19 protective measures prevent examination on site, the faculty reserves the right to conduct the examination electronically during the same time slot. You can still withdraw from the examination by submitting a completed, signed form to our office until 11.11.21 / 12:00 o’clock. Please send your form by mail to belegungstorno-wwz@unibas.ch. You will find the examination withdrawal form on the Homepage of the Student Dean’s Office. |
