| Inhalt | Sie befragen Patienten zu Ihrem Krankheitsverlauf und Ihrem Wohlbefinden? Werten Sie retrospektive Datensätze aus? Oder erforschen eine neue Behandlungsoption zum Beispiel zur Gesprächsintervention bei Depressionen? Dann kann es sein, dass Ihr Projekt in den Geltungsbereich des Humanforschungsgesetzes fällt. In diesem eintägigen Workshop befassen wir uns mit Begriffen wie Arzneimittelforschung, Medizinprodukten, Datenweiterverwendung und «übriger klinischer Versuch». Auch be-fassen wir uns mit den Aufgaben der Ethikkommissionen und der Swissmedic. Dabei lernen wir, wann welche Gesetze zur Anwendung kommen, wie solche Projekte genehmigt werden und was für Bedingungen erfüllt sein müssen, damit sie erfolgreich umgesetzt werden können. Die Teilnehmer werden im Vorfeld einen kurzen Fragebogen zu bisherigen Erfahrungen und eigenen Projekten ausfüllen. Diese und andere Beispiele werden dann verwendet, um in Kleingruppen das theoretische Wissen anzuwenden und eine praxisnahe Umsetzung anzuwenden. Der Kurs wird gehalten von Claudia Becherer, Teamleiterin Regulatorik Department Klinische Forschung (DKF), Universität Basel. |
| Lernziele | -Projekte erkennen, die in den Geltungsbereich des HFGs fallen, -Zuteilung zur Verordnung und die Risikokategorisierung der Projekte -Identifizierung der nötigen Dokumente wie Protokoll und Studieninformation, -Wege der Einreichung sowie Aufgaben der Ethikkommissionen und Behörden kennen |
| Bemerkungen | The workshop is offered by the doctoral program PI-PSY. PhD students who are not part of PI-PSY please apply for admission to the workshop before course registration by sending an e-mail to jens.gaab@unibas.ch (head of the program committee Prof. Dr. Jens Gaab). Priority will be given to PhD students from the doctoral program PI-PSY. Places will be given according to this selection criteria: 1) PhD students from the doctoral program PI-PSY 2) PhD students of other specializations of the Faculty of Psychology 3) PhD students of other faculties of the University of Basel PI-PSY rules for withdrawal, absence, or partial course attendance: If you cannot attend a workshop that you have signed up for, please cancel your course registration as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to dorothee.bentz@unibas.ch. This will allow other PhD students interested in the course to move up from the waiting list. After the university’s official registration period has ended, cancelled course will be assessed with NE. Course registrations can be cancelled until one week before the workshops begins. In the case of late cancellations, participants will not be considered for course registration in the next three months of the lecture periods and will be removed from the registration list of any course they have signed up during these three upcoming months of the lecture periods. If an urgent, unforeseeable, or inevitable event before or during the course prevents a participant from attending, a written and substantiated withdrawal request that includes appropriate documentation (e.g. a doctor’s note) must be submitted to dorothee.bentz@unibas.ch within two days of the workshop and without being prompted. The program director decides on the approval of the withdrawal request. ECTS-points are awarded only for 100% course attendance. |
