| Inhalt | Participation is often seen as a "panacea" to overcome conflicts and political inefficiency in a pluralistic society. Further, sustainable development requires the integration of various stakeholders in shaping future action. Participatory methods, however, can only evolve their potential if their prerequesites (e.g. goal, time constraints, costs, process, necessary knowledge...) are taken into consideration. The seminar course discusses strengths and weaknesses of different techniques (e-partizipation, participation in development cooperation, planning techniques and participatory strategy development). It aims at the elaboration of an analytical tool that indicates under which conditions the different methods are more likely to produce positive results. With the joint preparation of a Zukunftskonferenz ("future conference") the students can transform their theoretical knowledge into practice. |

| Teilnahmevoraussetzungen | Nicht-MSD-Studierende studieren ein Masterfach. Anmeldung über ein besonderes Online-Formular für Alle Teilnehmer/innen erforderlich (siehe unter Anmeldung). Anmeldungen in einer anderen Form (z.B. OLAT, ISIS, per Email, mündlich, etc.) werden NICHT berücksichtigt. Teilnehmer/innen-Anzahl begrenzt, MSD-Studierende haben Vorrang. |
