| Inhalt | Principles of drug action: pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic aspects (absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination); drugs acting on the autonomous & central nervous systems; drugs affecting renal, cardiovascular and pulmonary functions; drugs with endocrine activity - hormones and hormone antagonists; drugs affecting gastrointestinal and immune functions; chemotherapy of infectious diseases and of cancers. Week 1: Drug action: pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic aspects Week 2: Drugs acting on the autonomous and central nervous systems Week 3: Drugs acting on the cardiovascular and pulmonary systems Week 4: Drugs acting on the endocrine system Week 5: Drugs acting on the gastrointestinal and immune systems Week 6: Drugs against infectious & neoplastic diseases Week 7: Exam (written) |
