| Inhalt | This is the second part of a course on Urban Food Systems, however it can be attended without having been part of the course that took place in the springterm 21. The Seminar is organised by lecturers and researchers from Kenya and Switzerland. The idea behind is to engage in a transdisciplinary discussion on urban food systems and how they could be made more sustainable. You can find the content of the first part of the Seminar here: https://urbanfood263917401.wordpress.com/topics/ In spring 2022 we will organise round-tables that give students the chance to engage in a direct dialogue with international experts on topics around (urban) food systems. We will hold discussions for 1,5 hours each, on: a,city-region food systems strategies and b, on food poverty and food democracy in cities and beyond. Afterwards each student in the need of credit points is expected to write a short reflection paper on the discussions. |
