| Inhalt | The course provides an introduction to database systems. It is tailored for a broad audience, hence students from all disciplines are welcome. The course features the following topics: - How to set-up a database? Database design, database schema - How to query a database? Relational model and SQL - What types of databases exist? Relational and NoSQL databases |
| Lernziele | Students know the process of creating, querying, and using a database. They know how to select the best suited type of database system for a concrete application. |
