| Inhalt | This course will provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the field of nanomedicine. It will cover the various types and capabilities of nanomedicines, methods for nanoparticle synthesis, addressing drug chemistry and drug liability, physicochemical characterization, the nano-bio interface and important factors influencing biocompatibility, and nanoparticle interactions with the immune system. The lectures will provide case studies on nanoparticle-related ADME-Tox and will also familiarize the students with aspects related to Regulatory Sciences. |
