| Inhalt | Methods of data collection and analyses in a conservation context are in the focus of this event. Teaching skills of, and decision-making on, relevant methods is the aim of the course. Methods are tought by demonstration and/or you will be conducting certain steps yourselve, adviced by our staff. The course is only available during autumn semester and is held primarily in the labratory. Topics (selected examples) Toxicity assays, new methods of water quality assessments, special methods of insect preparation, methods of molecular genetics, methods of soil ecology. |

| Teilnahmevoraussetzungen | The course is primarily intended for advanced students who will, under advice, conduct first trials and tests in the context of their MSc theses. In special cases advanced BSc candidates may also take part. |
