| Content | This lecture provides an introduction to current methods in Computational Systems Biology. It will introduce the student to current technologies for measuring gene expression and to g methods for modeling gene expression dynamics at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional level, comparative genomic methods, and inference of regulatory networks. The exercises will involve implementation of the methods and analysis of publicly available datasets. |
