| Content | This course will describe and analyse key issues in health law and ethics using examples from Canada,the United States and international law. The topics will include: regulation of new biotechnologies; international governance of clinical trials; and policy issues concerning biobanks and genetic testing. The lecturers David Shaw, Alex Capron, and Tim Caulfield are internationally renowned experts in health law and policy. |
