| Content | Die Vorlesung befasst sich mit Armut als Kernproblem der Entwicklung sowie ausgewählten Problemen, Chancen und Möglichkeiten zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung. I. Einführung Armut und Entwicklung, Klassifikationen und Begrifflichkeiten - Dritte Welt-Konzepte, Weltbank-, UNO Indices - Fragmentierte Entwicklung - Ausprägung und Erfassung der Armut - Entwicklung, Messung und Dynamik der Armut II. Armut und Entwicklung - Theorien und Ansätze Paradigmenwandel der Entwicklungstheorie, Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in Theorie und Praxis - Theorien der Unterentwicklung - Rahmenwerk für die Intervention - der multidimensionale Mehrebenen-Ansatz der Entwicklungspolitik Exogene Potentiale: FDI / ADI und Welthandel - Handel versus Entwicklungshilfe - Ausländische Direktinvestitionen - Internationale Arbeitsteilung - Benachteiligung im internationalen Warenaustausch III. Ausgewählte regionale und sektorale Beispiele Mikroentwicklung - Forschung zur Mikroentwicklung Smallholder agriculture - Organic agriculture vs. Good Growth Plan Sektoriale Interventionen - Beispiel Gesundheitswesen - Gesundheitssystem und Gesundheitsdienste in Entwicklungsländern |
