| Content | advanced course on quantum information with a special emphasize on quantum communication and quantum computing. The communication part includes 1-Qubit algebra 2-Bipartite system 3-Bell non-locality 4-State certifications from Bell tests 5-Quantum key distribution from Bell tests The quantum computing part includes 1-fault-tolerant quantum computing 2-Simulation of many-body systems 3-Factorization of large numbers 4-Current and mid-term devices for implementing quantum computations |
| Learning objectives | Understand how the fundamental principles of quantum theory provides an ultimate form of security for communications. Understand the capabilities of fault-tolerant quantum computers. Ability to access and use current devices. |
