Learning objectives The lecture gives an introduction to research topics and methods in modern chemical physics:
- Control of molecules with electric, magnetic and optical fields
- Generation of cold molecules and atoms
- Precise control of chemical reactions
- Quantum logic and molecular precision measurements

Admission requirements Basic knowledge of quantum mechanics, e.g., from the lectures Physikalische Chemie II-IV (Dept. Chemie), Physik 3+4 (Dept. Physik) or equivalent.
