| Content | Diffusion MRI is the only method that allows the investigation of the human brain's anatomical connectivity in vivo. Using practical examples in the field of neuropsychology, the seminar aims at examining the strengths and weaknesses of each analysis step, from acquisition to statistical analyses and interpretation. Each part will consist of a theoretical part, the discussion of a paper, as well as practical exercises on real data. Students will have the opportunity to work with their own data, or with data that are freely accessible through public databases. |
