| Content | Within the study program of MSD 2017, students have to register 3 times in a 'master's thesis colloquium'. This colloquium 50339 on "ongoing master's thesis" is the first one to be attended (= colloquium A). The participants learn to understand the presented research designs, pose questions, and learn to give feedback. |
| Learning objectives | Students - learn to perceive and understand other presentations; - get insights into other SD research topics; - learn to give constructive, specific feedback and to discuss the presented research topics; - learn to pose interesting questions on other student’s presentations. |
| Comments | Schedule fall 2019: Meeting 1: Mo 07.10.19/14.15 to 19h; Faculty of economics, seminar room S15 HG.31 Meeting 2: Mo 04.11.19/14.15 to 19h; Faculty of economics, seminar room S15 HG.31 Meeting 3: Mo 16.12.19/09.15 to 19h; Faculty of economics, seminar room S14 HG.32 (subject to modification). Duration depends on the number of presentations. This course is offered by MSD. The professors - Patricia Holm, Paul Burger and Frank Krysiak (lead) are heading the MSD teaching committee. |
