| Content | Die Vorlesung untersucht die Bildgattung Porträt in ihren sämtlichen Ausformungen von der Antike bis zur Fotografie. Dabei werden theoretische Aspekte ebenso zum Thema wie Stil- und Formatsfragen, sowie sozio-politische und ikonogrphische Kontexte. Auch die Untergattung des Selbstporträts wird epochenübergreifend in den Blick gemommen, um dabei auch nach der Selbstreflexivität der Malerei zu fragen. |
