Content Series of advanced lectures offering critical insights into the most relevant molecular modeling methods and topics in the modern drug design. Areas covered by the lectures:
- Virtual screening
- Library design
- Molecular docking and scoring
- Molecular dynamics simulations
- Free energy calculations
- Descriptors and QSAR
- Neural networks and deep learning

Complemented by examples from the literature and in-house research
Learning objectives Advanced overview of computational and modeling methods in drug design.
In-depth understanding of the state-of-the-art techniques employed in the modern rational drug design, including their strenghts and weaknesses.
