Learning objectives | Understanding in electron and ion microscopy Knowledge in analytical, subtractive and nanolithographic techniques Overview of scientific applications in electron and ion microscopy. Know how micro devices (<100 um) are manufactured with proven technology Know how to go beyond microfabrication to obtain nanostructures (<100 nm) Understand the physical principles of micro- and nanofabrication technologies. |
