Content
Cultural heritage is not static, but is subject to constant change, which can be observed in particular in the digital space, which offers new opportunities to present and convey cultural heritage. This course focuses on participatory approaches aiming to democratize preservation and mediation of cultural heritage.

Central topics for this course include knowledge management, visualization and reconstruction, digital mediation as well as application in the entertainment sector, such as video games. The digital tools and methods are analyzed and theoretically reflected.

The course is accompanied by regular guest experts, who share their specialist knowledge from practice and theory.

 

Admission requirements The number of participants is limited. In case of over-subscription, students of Digital Humanities will be admitted preferentially.
