Learning objectives | to understand the basic endocrine pathways in the regulation of reproduction in the female and in the male to understand the endocrine pathways in pregnancy to be able to outline embryogenesis and sexual differentiation to understand potential toxic effects of a number of compounds in reproductive toxicology and its mechanisms of action in the gonads, in the embryo & the placenta and during lactation to be able to describe the evaluation systems in use in reproductive toxicology |
