| Content | Die Teilnehmenden dieser Vorlesung lernen die Grundlagen der Organisationspsychologie kennen. Die Organisationspsychologie beschäftigt sich mit dem Erleben und Verhalten von Individuen in Organisationen. Zentrale Themen sind die Personalauswahl, Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsmotivation, Führung, Zusammenarbeit in Teams, Organisationsdesign, Organisationskultur und Organisationsentwicklung. |
