Content • Situation and Problem analysis
• Ideation and innovation techniques
• Stakeholder analysis and management
• Project planning steps and tools
• Communication and presentation techniques
Learning objectives Course participants will learn to collaboratively develop innovative ideas and plan their implementation, focusing on key challenges such as sustainability, equity, and digitalization. The project planning process will incorporate techniques and methods from strategic project management and collaboration, tailored to the complexities of international, multidisciplinary, and multicultural contexts.

After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to
• Describe and apply the basic principles of project management and collaboration in interdisciplinary and intercultural settings
• Develop an idea and create a project plan based on the use of specific tools and methods
• Present and defend a project idea (pitch)
Comments Methods: Practical / exercise / group work
Core time: 9.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 to 16.00
