Content In addition to discussing the underlying theory, the course will provide insights into biophysical techniques for examining the state and structure of biological tissue, cells and molecules. Among the techniques discussed are Biomolecule spectroscopy, chromatography, protein crystallography, AFM, beam probing of biological samples, hydrodynamic methods, capillary forces, mass spectrometry, and experimental error analysis
