| Content | Die Lehrveranstaltung bezweckt, anhand von Fällen das erlernte Wissen im Bereich des ZGB (Personenrecht, Familienrecht, Erbrecht, Sachenrecht) anzuwenden. Die Fälle werden einige Tage vorher aufgeschaltet und es wird erwartet, dass die Studierenden diese in den Grundzügen vorbereiten. Eine aktive Teilnahme ist unabdingbar. Das ZGB und das OR sind mitzubringen, ebenfalls die ZPO. |
| Learning objectives | Die Studierenden werden auf die Bachelorfachprüfung im Privatrecht vorbereitet. |
| Bibliography | Allfällige zusätzliche Unterlagen zu den Fällen werden gegebenenfalls nach Behandlung des Falles über ADAM aufgeschaltet. |
