Content Virginia Woolf (1882-1941) was one of the leading British novelists of Modernism. In this course, we will study four of her novels.
Learning objectives In-depth study of Virginia Woolf's novels, as well as of their reception.
Bibliography The following books by Virginia Woolf are required for the course:

- "Jacob's Room" (1922)
- "Mrs Dalloway" (1925)
- "To the Lighthouse" (1927)
- "Orlando: A Biography" (1928)

Specific editions will be announced by July 2025.

Selected secondary literature on the four novels will be provided by the instructor.
