| Content | The course equips future educators to design and deliver transformational learning in multicultural and interdisciplinary settings. Participants explore the neuroscience of learning, constructive alignment, and student-centered pedagogies, while reflecting on their own teaching and learning practice. By the end of the course, participants will have revised or co-created a MSc-level learning unit that integrates active learning, inclusive pedagogy, and sustainability principles. |
| Learning objectives | By the end of this course, students will be able to: • Create and facilitate collaborative learning environments, that includes activating learning methods and competency-based learning objectives. • Adequately use media in teaching. • Promote social justice, inclusivity, and equity as integral components of effective • Design or revise MSc-level learning units that foster active, student-centered, and inclusive learning. |
