| Content | Im Forschungskolloquium stellen Forschende aus dem In- Ausland im Rahmen von Gastvorträgen aktuelle Forschungsvorhaben zur Diskussion, u.a. auch die aktuellen Basel Fellows in Latin Literature: https://daw.philhist.unibas.ch/en/latin-philology/research/basel-fellowships-in-latin-literature/fellows/. Zudem werden Qualifikationsarbeiten (BA, MA, Dissertationen) sowie laufende Forschungsprojekte von Mitarbeitenden besprochen. Eine Blockveranstaltung wird gemeinsam mit den Universitäten Bern, Freiburg i. Br. und Zürich ausgerichtet. |
| Learning objectives | Die Teilnehmenden lernen aktuelle Fragestellungen und Projekte in der latinistischen Forschung kennen; sie üben sich darin, die Arbeiten anderer kritisch zu diskutieren, und haben Gelegenheit, eigene Arbeiten im Gespräch weiterzuentwickeln. Darüber hinaus können sie mit (internationalen) Forscherinnen und Forschern in Kontakt treten und sich vertieft mit deren Arbeit auseinandersetzen. |

| Comments | Das FK findet in der Regel am Mittwochabend (18.15-19.45 Uhr) statt; einzelne Termine fallen indes auf andere Tage. So wird insbesondere die mit den Universitäten Bern, Freiburg i. Br. und Zürich gemeinsam getragene Sitzung an einem Freitagnachmittag stattfinden (voraussichtlich am 21.5. in Freiburg i.Br.).
