| Content | Mobbing, ob am Arbeitsplatz, in Schulen oder online, ist ein soziales Phänomen, das weit über individuelle Konflikte hinausgeht. Das Proseminar führt in die soziologische Erforschung von Mobbing ein. Es fragt, wie Macht, Normen, Organisationen und gesellschaftliche Strukturen Mobbing ermöglichen, verstärken oder eindämmen. Neben klassischen psychologischen Zugängen werden vor allem soziologische Perspektiven diskutiert, von der Interaktionstheorie über Organisationssoziologie bis hin zu Analysen digitaler Kommunikation. Format: Seminar mit Input (20–30 Min.), Diskussion, Übungen (Fallanalysen, Gruppenarbeiten) |
