| Content | Was braucht es, um für die Bühne zu übersetzen? Wie bringt man Mündlichkeit, Jugendsprache oder sogar Slang von einem kulturellen Kontext in einen anderen? Wie lässt sich der Humor zeitgenössischer russischsprachiger Texte ins Deutsche übertragen - und um welches Deutsch geht es überhaupt ? Wie bewahrt man sowohl witzige als auch politisch brisante Dialoge, ohne ihre sprachliche Dichte zu verlieren? Und wie übersetzt man Texte, in denen jedes einzelne Wort zählt, in denen Klang, Rhythmus und Bedeutung gleichermaßen wichtig sind? In unserem zweitägigen Workshop (mit einer Auftaktveranstaltung via Zoom) werfen wir gemeinsam einen Blick auf aktuelle Theatertexte und erproben das literarische Übersetzen als kreative, spielerische Schreibpraxis. In praktischen Übungen und Diskussionen nähern wir uns den Herausforderungen des Theaterübersetzens – und sprechen auch konkret über Wege, diese Praxis beruflich zu vertiefen. |
