Content This course introduces the fundamentals of textual analysis and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The course emphasizes the academic and practical applications of traditional textual analysis techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze financial texts such as reports, news articles, and earnings calls
Duration: 4 hours per week, 6 weeks (3 ECTS)
Format: In each lecture, theory in the first half, hands-on coding in the second half

• ... utilize LLMs to interpret and analyze financial data.
• ... integrate textual insights into financial decision-making processes.
