| Content | Die Vorlesung wird im FS26 von Prof. Dr. Daniel Spurk (Uni Bern) angeboten. Die nachfolgenden Inhalte können im FS26 leicht variieren: Die Teilnehmenden dieser Vorlesung lernen die Grundlagen der Organisationspsychologie kennen. Die Organisationspsychologie beschäftigt sich mit dem Erleben und Verhalten von Individuen in Organisationen. Zentrale Themen sind die Personalauswahl, Personalentwicklung, Arbeitsmotivation, Führung, Zusammenarbeit in Teams, Organisationsdesign, Organisationskultur und Organisationsentwicklung. |
