| Content | Das Metrum ist ein zentraler Aspekt dichterischer Gestaltung. Diese Veranstaltung vermittelt die für das Studium der Klassischen Philologie unerlässlichen grundlegenden Kenntnisse der allgemeinen Prinzipien, der wichtigsten Versmasse und des Strophenbaus. Darüber hinaus soll immer wieder der Frage nachgegangen werden, welche Bedeutung metrische Analysen für die inhaltliche Interpretation haben können. |
| Learning objectives | Erwerb des Grundwissens zur griechischen bzw. lateinischen Metrik (inkl. Terminologie und Prosodie); solide Kenntnis der wichtigsten Versmasse (u. a. daktylischer Hexameter, elegisches Distichon, jambische, trochäische und äolische Versmasse, Daktyloepitriten); Fähigkeit, metrische Analysen für sprach- und literaturwissenschaftliche Analysen fruchtbar zu machen. |
