| Content | Like other fields, biology is also becoming a data science. Many experimental techniques generate large data sets that can only be analyzed and interpreted with computational tools. This course will introduce the students to problem solving in biology using Python as a programming language. This will include manipulating, visualizing and summarizing large data sets. Tutorial sessions on Thursdays and self studies. |
