Content | Using examples from biology we will discuss selected statistical aspects in detail. Starting with the basic knowledge in statistics and R we will work out solutions for questions encountered during master or phd projects. During the course statistical aspects for planning as well as analysing experiments will be discussed. We will learn how to use the very flexible programming language R to simulate, analyse, and graphically present data. |
